To improve overall handling, would the 2000 Camery v6 sway bar and strut bar fit my 2000 es300? Also how much of an improvement will there be?

I had a strut bar for my old bmw 318 and it made no difference in handling, so I'm not sure on the response the es300 has to these upgrades.

Thanks in advance for your knowledgeable input

I had a strut bar on my BMW, too... and they don't do much of anything. One would have to have a seriously tight suspension to have to be concerned with strut tower wabble/instability... and even then, most of the strut tower braces have pivots at the ends, which takes away any support other than strictly lateral.

I did a ton of reserach on strut bars when I was into moding my BMW. The end concensus was that they don't do much of anything unless they are a solid/rigid bar, and you've got essentially race suspension and are racing the thing... which is probably why they are for racing :P

A sway bar upgrade would yield the best results. You'll be able to feel the difference.

Strut bars help but are only noticable when you're pushing the limits of the car.
