My car has been behaving itself recently, which has been great :) , but recently when I start it up in the morning (cold), it makes a whirring noise that comes from the engine compartment. It is not a squeek, and goes away soon-it seems to be synched with the fans that engage then disengage after a few seconds upon startup. Once the car has been driven and warmed up, the noise doesn't occur. Hopefully this noise isn't anything to worry about, but because it is new I would appreciate if anyone else has had this kind of thing occur or might know what it is......Thanks in advance!

Sounds like the normal operating characteristics of a vehicle equipped with a fan clutch. It's probably louder on cold starts because your engine RPM's are higher.
