Rx330driver Posted December 17, 2006 Share Posted December 17, 2006 Well, it seems like between moderate to heavy breaking, the car makes this noise in the front like coils bending, like suspension parts. Im not ure if thats where its coming from, but thats what it sounds like. Maybe im putting too much pressure on the springs...perhaps its normal. i have a service in 700 miles so i wanna see if its worth telling my service rep. i dread those test drives... :whistles: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Thay told me that it was rusty brake shims. They lubed them, to alleviate the creaking noise, but the lube wore off. I suppose that I will look into having them replaced.
