(I have a 95"ES) They are crazy , Try another dealer. I had all 4 struts and some additional suspension work done on my 93 es and The toyota dealer didn't even blink. I've personalyl serviced about as many RX's as I have highlanders when I work for a Toyota dealer. lol! (as much as I agree with you, watch the language!)
