Keyless Entry & Key Question (98 Es300)

I have a 98 es300 and need a new keyless entry keyfob and a new key.

I will be calling a dealer tomorrow but im sure it wont be cheap if i go that route. I am going to see if i can get one in the classifieds section or on ebay (or elsewhere if you have sugestions)

What years will work and is there anythgin i need to look for? any advise?

I will be getting a cpl new keys made also. I have seen key blanks on ebay.... Is it ok to go with these? Is there anythgin I should know before bidding on one?
