'02 Gs430 Heated Seat Not Working...

My car's heated seats, both driver and passenger, are not working. :cries:

The switches light up when I turn them on, but the seats don't get warm at all. I check the Seat Heater fuse and it's not blown.

Does anyone have any idea how to troubleshoot this? I've searched but could not find any good info.

Did both of the seats go at the same time?

It never works since I bought the car, so I don't know if both of them go at the same time or not.

Some people said the heated seat is temp. sensitive and only turns on when below a certain temperature. The others claimed that it always work for them.
