I need help/a guide on how to remove the driver side fender and I wanted to know if it was necessary to remove the headlights or not and if I do, how do I remove the last two lights as I was able to only remove the fog light. I would like to know what I have to disconnect as I'm having issues getting the damned panel off.

BTW, do I have to completely remove the wheelwell housing to remove the panel? (Which therefore requires the removal of the tires?)
