Does anyone know if there is a code required to re-activate the audio system after the battery is unplugged? Is there a Master Code available? Please also provide instructions. Thank you! I wouldn.t worry about any security code, If you find you need one it is the last 4 digits of either the key code or the vin #. Either way you have 10 tries. Hi-- I have a 98 ES300 & have pulled out my entire head unit before for hardwiring of my satellite radio to the headunit & there was no code needed to "reactivate" the radio.
