RanGer498 Posted August 31, 2006 Share Posted August 31, 2006 I'm looking to make something from fiberglass but have only worked with it once so i have a few questions 1. I need to make something a lttle thick as its for a speaker(sub) but I'm wondering how many layers of fiber glass should i use at the most ? 2.i need to make a mold ,but the mold i need to make is inside the car and the area has carpeting around it ,what do i use or do to make the mold on the carpet since the unit will be sitting on the carpet anyway? 3.what do i use as a release agent from the mold for the fiberglass? any links or info would be very help full when I'm done with my project ill try and make a wright up to help others as well. thanks guys ! :chairshot: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
