Dial Numbers While Driving

Is there a way to disable the motion sensor on a 2006 IS 250 so that while i drive i can dial numbers. The GPS nav override is great but doesnt work for phone. What would be good about disabling the motion senor is i wouldnt need to do the GPS override each time i start up the car. if there is a way to do it, can some one give me directions or help me actually do it if u live in the los angeles area? thanks

There is an override you can do in order to enter destinations while driving (run a search on here, there are detailed instructions) but as far as I know it does not work for dialing. You can still dial on the phone, and at least in the new ES you can dial by voice...
