96 Lexus Sc400 Keyless Entry Compatibility

Hi,

I am looking for the remote fob for a 96 sc400. I found one (cheap) from a 98 es300 that looks just like the one for the sc400 96 version (3 buttons on front and a panic on back). Will this key fob work with my car?

Check the FCC ID code on the back of each unit. If they are the same, then it should work.

If they are different, it will not work.
