Weird Sounds And Loss Of Power Windows

I am experiencing a weird window problem with my 95 SC 400 :cries: . The power windows are acting weird. I can hear the motor running when trying to lower the driver' s side window but no sound when trying on the passenger. I have also noticed that sometimes my door chime stops, even though the keys are still in the ignition and the door is open. Sometimes the headlamps do not go off once the key is removed from the ignition and the door is opened. I also hear the sound of my doors locking while I am driving but they are not. Any suggestions on what this may be causing this issen and how much it will cost to repair?

come to find out, the wiring harnesss on the driver's door was bad. ~ cost to repair 1000.00 Does this sound like a reasonable price?
