Is 350 Mark Levinson

i got a new IS 350 with Mark Levinson aduio system two weeks ago....i noticed the rear speakers with crackling/static noise when sytem is on volume level around 25.....it happens when playing in all modes (radio FM, radio AM, CD, and ipod). i have tried to adjust the base, treble, and mid range, and also tried to adjust the balance and fade......but no luck. Please advice if you have any insight.

I wasn't able to get the ML package... so I can not say 100%... but I'll say 99% that something is wrong.... ;)

Take it back 2 the dealer.... have them swap out the unit for you...
