I rented a Hyundai Sonata in Scottsdale, AZ about a year ago from Hertz. I was originally disappointed because they didn't have the Camry that I ordered in stock. My disappointment was short lived after driving this car. Ride, Performance, quietness, and build quality were really excellent. I remember saying to myself.....I will no longer put down Hyundai's as a second rate car manufacturer. This company has come a long way in a very short time. Look at the Azera and you'll see what I mean.

Welll since I rock the boat at times, the study is only "Initial Quality Study" not a "down the road study" Looks like Ford, opps Jag is getting up there.
SW03ES Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 Yes, but often the IQ study paralells the dependability study. If you compare Hyundai's ranking now to their ranking 3 years ago, they've made one of the most enormous improvements in quality and customer satisfaction in the industry. Can't fault that.
