You're 100% right.......I couldn't love a car anymore than this, especially after all the suffering I had with the tranny on my '03ES! Even though you might not be in the market for a new car, if you get the opportunity to drive an ES350 do it and you'll see what I mean. :)

I honestly believe that this problem was due to the transmission design and nothing else, since the drive by wire was not changed in the ES350, from what I've been told.
