tranls400 Posted August 6, 2003 Share Posted August 6, 2003 Hello All, I got the steady ORANGE "TRAC" LIT in the dash odometer. It stayed on for about 45minutes. After I stopped the car completely then restarted the car again; it disappeared. Do you know what is the symtom. Thanks in advance. VMF Posted August 6, 2003 Share Posted August 6, 2003 you brakes might be overheated and this will lead to temporary shut down of ABS and traction control. if it will never appear then you are fine. try to remember if you were braking a lot before it happend. if you did then it definelty brake overheating.
