i think he's talking about the torque plate. the caliper bolts with two screws one on top and one on bottom. you shouldn't need another unless it somehow broke. if you check out lexls.com's caliper rebuild tutorial there is pics on how to replace the pins that the caliper bolts into on the torque plate. if not the ask lexus-parts to a price quote.
