Hid Bulb H11 For Is250, Does My High Beam Work In Hid Too?

So, it's HID bulb H11 for the IS250, Does my high beam work in HID too? Do I need to get Hi/Low Beam separately? What does the bixenon mean? there are 2 bulbs in the headlight casing for the high and low beam separatley?

high and lows take different bulbs, high beam will not be hid unless you make it hid conversioned too.
