When they say replace the torque sensing LSD oil are they talking about the rear drive differential oil on the RX300 AWD?

Who is "they"? Are you reading from a service manual or is some Lexus service advisor telling you that you need to perform this service at a certain mileage interval? I've never seen a reference to anything called torque sensing LSD oil....

Since the "torque sensing", viscous fluid, in the center diff'l is hermetically sealed within the clutch(LSD) case I doubt anyone would suggest replacing that. THat leaves us with the lubricating oil for the PTO assembly or the 2000 and earlier rear diff'l and optional mechaincal LSD.

Just FYI :The torque sensing LSD oil is lited as a "replace" item at 60k in the RX owners manual supplement.

No need for doubt. "They" are the paople who wrote the manual.

I didn't bother with the 60k service but I'm curious has anyone had this done?
