Is there an easy way to replace the low beam bulb?

I cannot get to the left side bulb because of wires and other obstructions. The right side comes out easily.

It seems I would have to disconnect all the wiring, etc in the way to access the bulb with my fingers.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
