just bought an 02 SC430 and wanted to detail in the entire car --- to make it look showroom new, along with clean the leather ECRU and protect it etc, shampooo carpets, clean door jams, the works

should goto lexus a detail shop?

100%...unquestionably...100% no doubt the auto detailing shop, a GOOD one you have references for.

The dealer's "detailers" are no more than high school kids with brushes and buffers, scary thing.
