Hey Guys i have a couple questions?

How many cats do an ls400 1991 have?

And second if my cats are clocked wouldnt i have a cel from the subs who are the ones who check the cats performnace?

you have 2 cats and if they were blocked you would notice a real lack of power

THanks sha , cause i have no power afetr 3500 and the exhaust is pretty darn hot, is this a sign

I have seen cars with glowing orange cat moving on the highway. Perhaps you can do similar test?

Take them off and drive around the block. Or look through them. Everything else is just guess work.

Bought an Audi once. Bought the car for $100. Because you could rev the engine in the driveway all you wanted and it sounded fine. But try to drive it and it would not go over 25 mph.

Got it home (barely) pulled the cat. The stuff had broken up and formed a perfectly round ball. Soon as you would move the car forward...the ball plugged the exhaust outlet.

Be sure to check the dumb stuff first..like fuel fliter and that sort of thing.
