Fog Logs On Without Low Beams Being On?!?

is it possible to turn your fog lights on without your low beams being on??? I can't seem to do that with my 1999 GS300. LET ME KNOW> THANKS

The answer is no, without modification. Obviously, anything is possible if you make it happen. The way I read the question was: "Is it possible for me to somehow switch on the fog lights without the headlights on my vehicle, the way it came from the factory?"

The thing is we all have to ask our self the question "Is it really worth all of the trouble?"
