Need Help With Gs430

I recently purchased a GS430 and I getting conflicting information from the dealer and service dept. Now these are simple questions, pls help....

1. Can the voice act. be used with the phone? Yes, bt compt.

2. Has anyone found a way to copy the phone book from a E815?

3. Using a handsfree device, such as the H500 will I have to disable the H500 when I'm in the car or will the GS430 automatically connect?

4. How much control is there using the voice act?
