LCB
So much for "catastrophic", haha. Still lovin' my 400h with zero problems to date.
gtfrench
Exactly my experience so far. It's practically perfect (6 mos., 8,000 miles, 26.6 mpg). Looks like the Nissan Mississippi plant is having problems.
RX400h
Ours has had ZERO problems since delivery in April. Nissan's Quest has been a big problem for Nissan. Unfortunately, many folks don't research before they buy - two people I know recently bought Nisaan Quests - bad choice at this time.... Lexus_Jim
Love the RX400h. Zero Problems for ours too.
Shebco
Love mine, 8600 miles now! However, yesterday the ignition lock went bad. It acts like I'm trying to use the wrong key and is un-driveable. The local dealership (McGrath/Chicago) has been incredible with how they handled it. Looks like I'll be back on the road in a day or two once the parts come in.
lucca
Love mine, 8600 miles now! However, yesterday the ignition lock went bad. It acts like I'm trying to use the wrong key and is un-driveable. The local dealership (McGrath/Chicago) has been incredible with how they handled it. Looks like I'll be back on the road in a day or two once the parts come in. ← My ignition lock also went bad. I had it flat-bedded to the dealer and the tech fixed it by spraying a lube into the lock. The next day my radio, air conditioning, NAV system would not work. None of the buttons would respond. Apparently the lube spray shorted something in the electrical system. I have only 2050 miles and have been into the dealer twice now. I currently have a loaner while my hybrid is being fixed. This is poor reliability!!!
Shebco
I just got mine back. It took about 8 total days because of parts not being readily available. They said the ignition lock cylinder just fell apart.
