Perma Plate-interior And Exterior Protection?

I recently bought a 2006 gs300, and was offerred interior and exterior protection for I think about $800 (paintguard, fiberguard, leatherguard). Would like any opinions out there as to whether it is worthwhile? Comments from those who have gotten this? (or perhaps not gotten it)
