Need New Sub For 99 Lx470

Hey guys, my sub is blown on my 99 LX470, and i need to replace the speakers also, but i dont know how to open the panels to take a look at the speakers to see what size they are. I've already tried to research online to see what the sizes are, but I cant find that information.

Also, the in-dash 6 cd changer sucks... does anyone know what headunit will work, or does anyone have an extra one if you've upgraded your audio equipment. I'm not tyiin to spend a lot, just trying to get my system sounding nice again.
