indiasfinest Posted September 1, 2005 Share Posted September 1, 2005 "its just heartbreaking" read one newspaper headline and showed a two page cover of what is now New Orleans..all you could see was the tips of the houses...statistics say it will take six months to get the water out of New Orleans....one man spray painted on the side of his house "need heart transplant please help" childhood memories have been shattered in just a matter of hours...one woman was spotted carrying her 4 month baby out of town on foot....tears in her eyes...robberies are happening at ever store...dead bodies are floating around since some of the coffins cant be burried in new orleans...the water has a thick layer of gas on the top and diseases are just waiting to be spread from still water(misquitoes)....i wish i could go there and help...if anyone in LOC is in the New Orleans area....you are in all of our prayers tonight, tomorow night, and everynight, godbless, india Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Our prayers are with everyone who was affected by this incident. :( ← it is tragic but not unbelievable, this has happened b4 in new orleans but to a lesser degree. ive been watching cnn all day reminds me of 9/11.they are saying that this was predicted b/c of the location in the gulf. i cant really explain it but if you watch cnn for a while im quite sure it will recap everything over and over again. truly saddening Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
