97 Es300...factory Cd Changer Installation Tips

Hi my fellow Lexus buddies!!

I own a 97 ES300 with no CD changer in glovebox.

I'm thinking about purchasing an used unit on eBay that was taken out of salvaged cars. I know I have to get a mounting bracket as well as a pigtail.

Is there anything else I'll need?

How difficult is it to install?

How much disassembly is required??
