Modifying Tail Lights And Front Bumper 97-up

I have a 1995 sc300. And I really like the 1997 tail lights and up can i just plug those lights in and im good to go? Or are there any modifications I have to do? I was wondering also is there a way I can also do that with the front bumper, can it just clip on and attach the wires? Or are there any modifications neeeded?

You may need a taillight conversion module as well:

so you need the taillights PLUS a conversion module? what the heck is a conversion module anyways?

On your instrument panel, upon startup you will see a signal which checks your brake lights. The module will ensure that this signal does not go off.
