that means that the charcoal canister is not purging the exhaust gases into the intake correctly which could be many things first you need to check the connector to the VSV(vacuum switching valve) is properly connected,then make sure that the hoss are connected,after that you have to check that the ecm is sending the proper signals which is awhole new ballgame because you need the wiring diagram for the circuit. i dont know where the VSV is on your car but on mine its right next to the injectots on the drivers side i hope this helps
