jweiss Posted July 6, 2003 Posted July 6, 2003 All of a sudden the right directional signal on my 2000ES starts clicking twice as fast as it should. Any clues? Any suggestions? Thanks
steviej Posted July 7, 2003 Posted July 7, 2003 If it is not blown, then the contacts are dirty and need cleaning. This happens alot to the wedge type bulb. Sometimes they just need to be pulled out, sanded very little and reseated. steviej
jweiss Posted July 8, 2003 Author Posted July 8, 2003 thanks for advice. Since nothing seems simple about these cars, any helpful hints to getting at the bulbs?
m2pc Posted July 10, 2003 Posted July 10, 2003 Here is a link on how to replace on a '98 es300. Don't know how much its changed for your model. Take a peek and let us know if its the same for your year.
m2pc Posted July 10, 2003 Posted July 10, 2003 http://us.lexusownersclub.com/forums/index...t=ST&f=7&t=399& An attached link would probably be helpful. :whistles:
jweiss Posted July 10, 2003 Author Posted July 10, 2003 thanks m2pc So know i have a variety of possibilities. I'll presume that the 98 is same model as 2000. Will report back.
