Just Got An Sc 400

ok my friend just game me his 92 sc 400...its awesome it has 18 inch wheels on it with a turn down after the cat and i think thats all the mods...well it ha 280000 on the car but im getting a new motor for it. but i was wondering if i should just rebuild my motor and put twin turbos on it or should i get the new motor and put a supercharger on there ( if they make one)....it went 15.5 with the exaust still on...

wow i thought my car had alot of mileage.

Hows the radiator? power steeering? alternator? my car has 148 k and i have the following problems. other than that motor perrs like a kitty kat
