dstrbd1
What would it cost me to supercharge my sc 400 ?? And is it worth it? I have 140,000 miles on mine?
don_juan_miami
whats up dstrbd1, um well since ur engine has some high miles, i would consider some internal work to make sure the engine can handle a blower. As far as cost goes, expect some where around 5 grand give or take a grand. Pricing varies as far as the brand you get, whether or not you intercool, the boost you want to run, and again the internals. As far as ive heard, the 400 engine is not so simple to work on. If you are looking for a long term car, save up to do a swap for a 2jz-gte and you have a much easier more reliable speed machine. Oh and find a mechanic with good references for that much work either way you go... Good luck and happy hunting Juancho
