I actually have a bumper protector for that exact car!! I purchased it for my 2000 RX-300 and never put it on!! Since then I sold the car and now drive an RX-330 so the bumper protector just sits in my garage!!

I forget what I paid for the thing now. Something like $75.00. We can figure out a price and I could have it out to you pretty fast. Would you be interested?
