Rubber B/t Doors Glass And Cars Frame

My wifes' 2001 es300 and the rubber thats between the glass of the doors and the car itself it cracking and very dry. How do i fix this so it doesn't leak when it rains again? The car has 67,000 miles on it and is kept outside. Does this matter?

try using meguires tire endurance on them ,otherwise just replace them from lexus
