AWJ Posted June 15, 2005 Share Posted June 15, 2005 Umm, Jim? How'd you get it off? The serpentine belt that is? Do you have a service manual? Put a wench on the tensioner and pull clockwise hard. Run the belt around the proper accessories. release the tensioner back. make sure the arrow on the tensioner is between the two marks on the block. Good luck? jimbrubaker Posted June 15, 2005 Share Posted June 15, 2005 I have tried this. My belt tensioner won't budge or is it not supposed to budge? I didn't get the belt off. My ps pump went bad and the rod attached to the pulley connected to the ps pump fell out. Is it counterclockwise or clockwise to put it back on? Thanks guys.
