The wire on mine was pulled and no longer connected to the cone :( I have 8" rear sub for Nakamichi system in my 91 LS400. Really miss that deep sound! Maybe anyone have spare working sub? What recomentations do you have for replacement considering saving $$ and time? Does size matter? ;))) I could not believe, but info on the magnet (rear side) of my sub says 5 Ohms? Lexus_Luxembourg Posted March 15, 2005 Share Posted March 15, 2005 The subwoofers can be refurbished. Have a friend who had this done although on his expensive home unit. Costs probably between 50 and 100$ I'd guess. Sole problem: The repairman is located in Germany. If you can't find any other place PM me and I'll try to get you his adress.
