1992 Es300 Throwing Codes 21 & 28

I tried doing a search here for this but it won't let me search for the numbers, it says the words are too short. ANYWAY...........

I found the chart that shows what the codes mean, but my question is would this cause the car to run weird like it is or could that be something else??????????

For those who didn't see my other post, it's running ok but seems to have weird idle issues. When driving down the road and I let off the gas the RPMs jump up and down. That's the easiest way to explain it.

i had this same problem with my 1992 es 300. it ended up being the throttle body, it was first cleaned, and finally just replaced. so i'm not sure what the codes meant, but after the throttle body was replaced the problem went away. by the way, do you have any idea what i need to do to replace my rear wheel bearings?
