Side View Mirrors/1 2 Seat Position Not Working

On my 1993 Lexus SC300, the remote control for the side view mirrors doesn't work and either does the 1 and 2 for the driver's seat position. They stopped working after I had the driver's window regulator replaced at Lexus. Lexus said it wasn't related...they didn't cause the problem. Is that true?

I can change the side view mirror manually and the driver's side seat can still be adjusted electronically. You just can't use the 1 and 2 position. They said that there is no power going to the fuse panel that controls these items but couldn't tell me what the problem was or give me an estimate. Since I'm the only one that drives the car, this wasn't so important to me to be fixed. Everything else works including the heated seats.

If anyone has had this problem and had it fixed, let me know. I'd feel better getting it fixed if I knew the problem and about how much it would cost to get fixed. :(
