Rear Center Speaker Removal

I've been wanting to replace my rear subwoofer speaker with a better on that will give more bass. the only problem i've been having is not being able to remove. Can anyone give me some tips on how to remove it?

if it is like my 97 there are two push tabs holdin it on in the front left and right corner.
