Blew Entire Climate Control Console

Friend put in new cd player without removing battery terminals and a wire sparked he said..

Now neither the stereo nor the entire console for the ac/heat, etc works :(

I checked all the small fuses.. anyone know in particular which one would have blown if that is the case?

Would it be one of those black square ones or what..

Check all the fuses under the hood and under the dash, or look in the owners manual for locations. You better hope it's a fuse and that he didn't short the climate control. B)

Oh a 93 , more than likely it's just a fuse. Used climate control on EBay about $50 to $100. <_<

The clock is also out..

Haven't found an owner's manual yet.. the page at Lexus is down for like a week now..

Look under the hood, I believe from memory, it should be a 7.5 amp INT LAMP or DOME. or RADIO fuse. <_<
