I have an 03 LS430 and have one master key. I want to get another one and I was wondering if anyone knows if the 03 uses the same FCC coded remote as the 02 and 01. They are aparently FCC ID# HYQ1512V . Mine doesn't have the code number on it anywhere. If not, can anyone tell me the correct code for an 03? Thanks all.

To answer your question yes the 01 and 02 will fit your 03 LS430. In fact I have an application chart on one of my websites of what fits what. I know I am a Cerified Master Locksmith and have been doing Lexus for over three years now. We can reprogram the ECM's with replacing them. For your car you can program your own remote without having to go to a dealer. If you want programing instructions just e-mail me. BTW the website is http://www.lexusremotes.com/

I hope this helps...

Thats the same one as my 98, so if they didnt change them from 98-02, i doubt they changed them in '03.
