Electrical Problems

I have spent most of my life as a Marine Electritian and boat mechanic. I am an old !Removed! with years of experience in electrical trouble shooting. 99% of the problems are due to poor grounds. Make sure all ground connections are clean, tight and not covered in grease. Dont forget the connections. Any crimped connections can be suspect. If in doubt cut the wires back and recrimp the wires. Battery terminals are the most likely culprit. Also where the negitive cable connects to the frame or engine. Adding a grounding kit can do no harm. Be suspicious of any oily or frayed connectors. Do a voltage drop test with a cheap VOM.

If all else fails take it to a reputable shop.
