Considering A Gs300

I am car shopping. I have driven a 2001 GS300 black/tan, spoiler, 38K miles, very nice. Several things I have questions about so I hope this group can help me.

1) The car has brilliant shiny wheels. Are these wheels standard or could they be a premium wheel? I would prefer something more 'dressed down'.

2) Does Lexus make a late model GS that has stereo and cruise control controls on the steering wheel?

3) Will the timing belt replacement be covered under the CPO program?

Thanks in advance. I hope to be an owner soon but need some answers and, frankly, the car salesman is not returning my calls today.....do I smell a discount? :D

2 - I believe only the 430 has steering wheel audio controls. All GSs have cruise on the wheel.

I believe the wheels must be premium. Most of the ones I see aren't really shiny, but still look very refined and classy
