I need to find out what offset to get for 19x9 fr & 19x10 rear with what size tires? I want the wheels and tires to be flushed with fender and i need to know the offset.

19x9 255/35 offset ?

19x10 275/35 offset ?

Are you planning on modifying the fender? It will be difficult to be fully "flushed" without clearing some room. How low you are dropped will also be a factor. The 255 in the front with x9 rims is going to rub. I am assuming you are also running 35 series front and back on purpose.

In any case, I think offsets of+38 front and maybe +40 rear will give you a nice flush look but you will need to modify the fenders.
