No Temp Reading On Instrument Panel

Well guys i just bought this car and there are quite a few things to be fixed....

I am getting no reading from the Instrument panel. I saw on the schematics that there is a I11 connector. I was wondering where is this connector located or if you have had this problem before...

The other thing is.. my car on the scanner is running at 190F and i find it a bit low.

Any thoughts inputs??
