But for sure an automatic climate control system designed by NipponDenso, Denso US.
VMF Posted December 9, 2004 Posted December 9, 2004 honda uses denso parts as well, why do you think it was toyota or lex and how do you know it was a denso brand? you are not giving all the detais here
bartkat Posted December 9, 2004 Posted December 9, 2004 I've had cars of both American, German, and Japanese manufacture do the same thing. It's not unique to any brand.
VMF Posted December 9, 2004 Posted December 9, 2004 my windshield never got foggy unless i turn it on without the AC
wwest Posted December 9, 2004 Author Posted December 9, 2004 Your A/C is totally non-functional with the OAT below 32F. Most modern day systems disable the AQ/C below about ~35F.
VMF Posted December 9, 2004 Posted December 9, 2004 usually when its below 32 its not that humid that u can get fog on my windshield:) or at least i never got any in the lex, may b coz i remote start it like 20 mins b4 i go out:)
wwest Posted December 10, 2004 Author Posted December 10, 2004 VMF... The subject matter has to do with windshield fogging LONG after the cabin itself is up to your desired temperature, let alone the engine water jacket.
VMF Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 so why do think that happend? design flaw or just a malfunction? if its below the freezing point of water i dont think it should be happening. is there a link to the full article?
VBdenny Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 Usually in Virginia when it gets belows 32 degrees we get ice on our windshields and can't see where we are going.
