Squeek Under The Hood

Recommended Posts

It could be that your drive belts are getting worn out, but more information is needed to make a better speculation. Has it always done that or when did it start happening? Was anything done to the engine recently? Have you tried opening the hood and listening to the engine to find out exactly where the sound is coming from?

i think bartkat is joking ( i hope) with the soap

their is only one belt for all pulleys

you need to adjust the bolt on the alternator to remove some slack but if it never used to slip and is now it probably is worn and needs replacing.
