GT-S Posted June 14, 2003 Share Posted June 14, 2003 i dont know that if this guy was truly know stuff about cars like he claimed to be but i heard he said that once you used synthetic oil, you cannot go back to regular oil. according to him, he said that synthetic has micro/tiny metallic in it to cut the cylinders/pistons while flowing to make small cuts for more oil flow and therefor, boosting performance. but regular oil doesnt do that so when you're going back, there are cuts beeing made and now the regular oil just flow like crazy and flood the engine.
